Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a General Manager for Mt. Juliet, TN to oversee a high-volume supply chain operation. The role drives profitability, service quality, and regulatory compliance across sites and teams.

The position requires extensive leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to manage complex operations with cross-functional teams in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, 3PL, Transportation, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of operations leadership experience (implied by role).
• Experience driving revenue growth, customer retention, profitability across multiple sites.
• Experience with Tier 1 supply chain systems (WMS, TMS, WCS, OMS, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-volume supply chain operations across one or more sites.
• Coordinate customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive attainment of profit objectives with financial analysis and decision support.
• Identify and develop additional business opportunities with existing customers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost control programs are established and maintained.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor to meet customer requirements and control costs.
• Provide leadership in coaching, mentoring, and development.
• Establish continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, Lean).
• Negotiate and enforce agreements where applicable.
