Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a General Manager for Mt. Juliet, TN to lead a high‑volume supply chain operation, drive profitability, and ensure service excellence across multiple sites. You will manage budgets, forecast financials, and develop teams while aligning with corporate policies and ISO standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, customer relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives, with strong emphasis on safety, cost control, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience driving revenue growth and profitability across multiple sites.
• Experience with Tier 1 supply chain systems and ERP implementations.
• Leadership of geographically dispersed teams and project-led initiatives.
• Strong budgeting, EBITDA, forecasting, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-volume supply chain operations across one or more sites.
• Coordinate customer service across departments and maintain key relationships.
• Drive attainment of profit objectives with financial analysis and decision support.
• Identify and develop additional business opportunities with existing customers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost control programs are established and maintained.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and labor levels to meet customer requirements.
