CEVA Logistics seeks a Sr. Manager to lead the Ground Product Line, delivering end-to-end transportation solutions and exceptional service across multiple facilities in the Central United States.

The role drives growth, profitability and operational excellence, partnering with customers, carriers, and cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, planning and budget skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, business or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5-7 years managing large-scale logistics, distribution, or transportation operations.
• 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple facilities geographically dispersed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ground Transportation Product Line with strategic direction and oversight of high-volume domestic logistics.
• Define and execute customer-focused business development strategies for revenue growth and key accounts.
• Build relationships with executive-level customers and transport providers; collaborate with CEVA colleagues.
• Provide leadership to operations management teams, coaching and talent development.
• Develop business cases for capital investments and resource deployment to support growth.
• Oversee start-up and expansion of new operations with resource modeling and performance tracking.
• Manage multiple high-volume facilities across the Central United States with full P&L accountability.
• Maximize profitability through superior service, clear communications, and disciplined follow-up.
• Prepare and present management and financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior leadership.
