Job summary

Bakerly LLC is seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Coordinator in San Antonio, TX to manage shipping/receiving operations and finished goods for Bakerly Ranch. You will coordinate transportation, verify documents, and maintain inventory integrity to support timely product availability.

You will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Transportation teams, ensuring safety, GMP adherence, and adherence to FIFO processes while optimizing inventory turns and fulfillment accuracy.

Qualifications

2+ years of logistics experience in a production environment.
Experience with ERP systems.
Forklift experience.
Adhere to safety procedures and GMPs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure efficient and accurate movement of shipments for Bakerly Ranch.
Communicate to ensure pickup/delivery schedules are feasible with product, staff, and equipment.
Respond to broker inquiries and review shipping documents for accuracy.
Complete allocation for orders in Bakerly’s ERP to ensure efficient withdrawal using FIFO procedures.
Maintain and verify paperwork for inbound/outbound shipments.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Transportation on purchasing and order issues.
Record dates, times, and order numbers to ensure shipping/receiving accuracy.
Ensure on-time pickups and fix shipping errors as needed.
Prepare bills of lading and tallies for outbound shipments.
Maintain inventory flow consistent with FIFO costing.
