Job summary

Bakerly is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to ensure accuracy, traceability, and availability of all inventory in the facility. You will validate transactions, perform cycle counts, and drive accuracy between ERP records and physical stock across ingredients, packaging, and finished goods.

The role partners with Warehouse Operations, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Planning to minimize inventory risks and support production continuity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, materials management, or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory validation for ingredients, packaging, components and finished goods, including quantity verification and lot/batch accuracy.
• Ensure ERP transactions reflect physical receipts before inventory is used.
• Cycle counts and annual physical inventories coordination.
• Identify and address inventory issues, discrepancies, and traceability gaps.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Quality, Production, and Supply Planning to maintain accuracy and compliance.
