Bakerly LLC in Texas seeks an Inventory Control Lead to ensure accuracy, traceability, and availability of all inventory. You will align physical stock with ERP records through precise transactions, validation, and cycle counts, supporting production continuity.

The role partners with Receiving, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Planning to maintain inventory integrity and drive corrective actions for discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, materials management, or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory validation of ingredients, packaging, receipts and finished goods, including quantity verification, lot/batch accuracy, expiration, and traceability.
• Ensure ERP transactions reflect physical receipts before inventory is available for use.
• Prevent receipt of ingredients into the system without proper validation and documentation.
• Prevent dispatch of finished goods into the system without proper physical verification.
• Partner with Receiving and Quality to ensure proper material release and compliance.
• Ensure inventory transactions (receipts, moves, consumption) are accurate and aligned with physical inventory.
• Validate ingredient consumption transactions and align with production orders and system records.
• Investigate ingredient consumption variances and identify root causes with Production.
• Monitor and audit ERP inventory transactions to prevent discrepancies.
• Identify and address system vs physical inventory mismatches.
