Job summary

Bakerly in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations across packaging, dock, and freezer areas. You will supervise shifts, coordinate shipping and receiving, and mentor Warehouse Specialists while partnering with Production and Quality teams to keep material flowing safely and accurately.

You will ensure GMP compliance, train on safety standards, manage ERP/WMS transactions, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supervising warehouse personnel in fast-paced operations.
• Hands-on experience with inventory systems and ERP transactions.
• Experience in freezer/refrigerated environments is preferred.
• Forklift operation knowledge and safety procedures are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping, receiving, and material handling across packaging, dock, and freezer areas.
• Prioritize tasks and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Oversee receipt of raw materials and status of finished goods in inventory.
• Train and coach on safety, housekeeping, and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Support onboarding, scheduling, and PTO coverage for warehouse staff.
