Job summary

Bakerly LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead packaging, dock, and freezer operations. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate shipping and receiving, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

You’ll work closely with Production and Supply Chain teams, provide coaching to Warehouse Specialists, and cover shifts as needed to maintain smooth material flow and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervising warehouse personnel in a fast-paced operation in food production.
• Hands-on experience with inventory systems or ERP transactions.
• Experience in freezer/refrigerated environments.
• Forklift experience with safety procedures and maintenance.
• Experience with ERP/WM systems.
• Ability to lead, delegate, and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and material handling across packaging, dock, and freezer areas.
• Prioritize and assign daily tasks to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate workload with logistics for shipping schedules and driver paperwork.
• Oversee accurate receipt of raw materials and inventory in the system.
• Develop, train, and enforce safety, housekeeping, and equipment standards.
• Support onboarding, scheduling, and coverage for Warehouse Specialists.
