Job summary

Bakerly is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations across packaging, dock, and freezer areas. You will guide a three-shift team on receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate execution on the floor.

You will support ERP activities, inventory control, and continuous improvement, collaborating with Production and Quality teams to maintain material flow and high standards of safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supervising warehouse personnel in fast-paced operations (food production environment a plus).
• Hands-on experience with ERP transactions, receiving, material movements, and shipping documentation.
• Experience with freezer/refrigerated environments and forklift operation is required.
• Previous experience with ERP and WM systems is preferred.
• Ability to solve problems, delegate, and communicate with team members and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager to supervise daily shipping, receiving, and material-handling across packaging, dock, and freezer areas.
• Prioritize and assign daily tasks to ensure pickups, deliveries, and internal material movements are on time.
• Oversee accurate receipt of materials and proper inventory status for finished goods in freezer storage.
• Develop, train, and enforce safety, housekeeping, and equipment standards with a focus on food safety.
• Support onboarding, scheduling, recruitment, and coverage coordination for the team.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies, delays, shortages, or operational concerns with internal teams.
