Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination or transportation administration.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and basic compliance requirements.
• Experience with TMS, scheduling tools, and Excel.
• Strong organizational and multi-shipment management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure on-time freight movements.
• Track shipments in real time and communicate status, delays, or exceptions to stakeholders.
• Enter and maintain load, shipment, and delivery data in the TMS and related systems.
• Maintain and prepare bills of lading, delivery receipts, and other shipment documents; ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for drivers and customers, escalate issues as needed.
• Support dispatch and transportation team with administrative tasks and KPI reporting.
