Job summary

JO RI Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations and North American transportation activities. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, manage freight bookings, and ensure excellent customer service throughout order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics, transportation or supply chain operations.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and freight coordination.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments.
• Verify quantities and product condition against shipping documents.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide updates on delivery status or exceptions.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory, and shipment tracking.
