Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee all local Bulk, Roll off and Non bulk transportation, reporting to Regional Transportation Manager. Lead drivers, ensure safety and DOT compliance, and collaborate with Admin, Ops, Sales to meet customer requirements.

You will analyze utilization and performance data, drive cost reductions and improvements, mentor staff, and promote a positive safety culture across maintenance coordination and scheduling deliveries to the TTF.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in transportation management.
• Experience managing drivers and ensuring DOT compliance.
• Knowledge of hazardous, non-hazardous and universal waste.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and promote a safe, productive workplace.
• Lead driver transportation functions and set clear expectations.
• Collaborate with Admin, Ops, Sales to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance to meet DOT/CSA requirements.
• Analyze utilization reports, fuel use, and performance data for improvements.
• Mentor and guide transportation fleet growth.
• Prioritize loads and schedule deliveries.
• Promote a positive safety culture with audits and drivers meetings.
