Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Logistics Manager in Tulsa to lead localized transportation for Bulk, Roll off and Non bulk across our operations. You will report to the Regional Transportation Manager and work closely with the TMS team, Billing, Maintenance and Operations to maximize efficiency and profitability while upholding safety and DOT standards.

You will develop and supervise drivers, set clear expectations, coordinate across Admin, Ops, Sales, and oversee equipment maintenance to meet CSA

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of transportation management experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and CSA requirements.
• Experience managing drivers and transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and promote a high-quality workplace in transportation.
• Lead and coordinate all driver transportation functions.
• Collaborate across Admin, Ops, Sales to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance to meet DOT/CSA standards.
• Analyze driver and equipment utilization and fuel consumption for optimization.
• Mentor and oversee the transportation fleet's growth and performance.
• Schedule deliveries and prioritize loads to meet timelines.
