Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee all localized Bulk, Roll off and Non bulk transportation activities. You will lead drivers, coordinate with the TMS team, Billing, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.

You will drive performance, safety culture, and profitability by monitoring DOT/CSA compliance, optimizing routes, and mentoring personnel.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of transportation management experience.
• Experience managing drivers and ensuring DOT compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and promote a high-quality transportation operation.
• Lead drivers, coordinate with Admin/Ops/Sales to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor DOT and CSA compliance and safety standards.
