Job summary

Reworld Solutions, LLC is seeking a Logistics Manager in Tulsa to oversee Bulk, Roll-off, and Non-bulk transportation activities. You will lead drivers, coordinate cross-department efforts, and ensure DOT and CSA compliance while driving efficiency and profitability.

The role reports to the Regional Transportation Manager and collaborates with the TMS team, Billing, Maintenance, and Operations. Strong leadership and communication are essential to optimize fleet performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Must have 5+ years of transportation management experience.
Experience managing drivers.
Knowledge of hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal waste.
Understanding of CSA scores and DOT requirements.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to analyze information and suggest improvements.
Demonstrated attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and promote an elite workplace quality, performance, appearance, and effectiveness.
Set clear expectations, lead, coordinate, and manage all driver transportation functions.
Collaborate with Admin, Ops, Sales to satisfy customer requirements and ensure strong performance.
Coordinate with maintenance to meet DOT/CSA requirements.
Analyze driver and equipment utilization, fuel consumption, and performance data to identify improvements.
