Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Dallas, TX is seeking a Logistics Handling Operations Administrator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, prepare and track essential documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will review, process, and file documents, interface with CEVA systems, and support complex accounts. Strong data-entry, accuracy, and Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree preferred; Four to six years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-entry systems.
• Accurate typing and numerical skills; ability to work with currency, weights and distance measures.
• Ability to follow policies, regulations and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts: receive, review, and process documentation for complex accounts; ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.
• Interface with CEVA systems to provide updates and communicate with internal/external customers.
• Assist in workstream development for new accounts; maintain client profiles and documentation.
• Obtain government releases as appropriate and coordinate delivery, receipt, and invoicing.
• Process customs releases and related invoicing per customer and company standards.
• Identify and complete special handling tasks for compliant processing.
• Review entries and client packages prior to distribution; investigate problems or irregularities.
