The successful candidate will manage daily tasks for drivers, fleet coordination, and vendor relationships while maintaining DOT compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or 3 years of applicable experience.
• 2 years experience managing one or more employees.
• 2 years experience working directly with customers by phone and email.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Owns all aspects of the transactional logistics schedule and office responsibilities for the assigned territory.
• Manages daily assignments for employees and contractors including DOT compliance.
• Coordinates with in-house or vendor drivers to optimize for cost and time efficiency.
• Maintains safety logs, training records, and environmental health & safety compliance.
• Communicates with customers to schedule deliveries, returns, and installations.
