Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Dispatcher to own the transactional logistics schedule and office responsibilities for the assigned territory. You will decide on transportation means, oversee staff, and drive on-time delivery and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires supervising personnel, coordinating with drivers and vendors, and maintaining compliance with company values and regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years of applicable experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 2 years of work experience required.
• 2+ years experience managing one or more employees.
• Experience working directly with customers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the transactional logistics schedule for the assigned territory.
• Determine optimal transportation means (in-house or vendor partners) for delivery, installation, or relocation.
• Maintain safety and compliance with Environmental Health & Safety policies and company policies.
• Provide supervisory oversight by assigning tasks and daily duties to staff.
• Coordinate with drivers, field techs, and branch staff to ensure 100% on-time delivery targets.
