Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Dispatcher to own all transactional logistics activities for a defined territory. You will determine optimal transportation modes, coordinate drivers, and manage branch admin duties to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will lead daily tasks for temporary staff, ensure DOT compliance, and collaborate with vendors to optimize routes and costs while upholding WillScot safety and core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3 years applicable experience.
• 2 years work experience and 2+ years managing one or more employees.
• Experience with MS Office products and customer-focused communication.
• Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM, Salesforce, and vendor coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the transactional logistics schedule for the assigned territory.
• Determine optimal transportation means (in-house or vendor) for cost and time efficiency.
• Ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance.
• Manage branch administrative duties and provide oversight to temporary staff.
• Coordinate drivers, load plans, permits, DVIRs, and documentation for deliveries.
