Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Phoenix to support logistics operations. The role involves entering loads, routing, dispatch, and traffic coordination to ensure timely and safe deliveries across North America.

You will monitor load status, communicate with drivers, and assist with issue resolution. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of logistics experience, strong communication skills, and an understanding of transportation processes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience.
• Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions.
• Good organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders.
• Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; update receivers and customers on status.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads arrive on time and in good condition.
• Take check calls from drivers; ensure on-time delivery; validate load data for accounting.
• Investigate product overages, shortages, damages; complete required documentation.
• Schedule/reschedule delivery appointments; accept/decline loads per account managers' direction.
• Provide detailed directions and instructions to route drivers.
