Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to communicate with drivers, respond to service orders, and schedule daily routing. The role supports driver teams, resolves route issues, and ensures daily data entry and reporting accuracy.

The dispatcher will balance cost and speed, assign routes, and relay service changes to Sales staff. A strong customer service mindset and proficiency with office software are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related work experience.
• Experience in Waste industry, transportation, or logistics is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in a call center is preferred.
• Good telephone and 2‑way radio skills; ability to interact with internal and external customers professionally.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and typing skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain contact between drivers and home base; dispatch drivers to calls as received.
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers; close tickets daily.
• Plan and monitor daily route assignments for residential, roll-off and commercial drivers.
• Troubleshoot delivery/pickup issues; communicate with drivers and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Answer calls from Customer Service and provide requested route information; coordinate with Managers and Drivers.
