Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months related work experience required.
• Experience in Waste industry, transportation, or logistics preferred.
• Customer service experience in call center preferred.
• Good telephone and 2-way radio skills; professional communication.
• Ability to react under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact between drivers and home base to dispatch calls.
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers and close tickets daily.
• Plan and monitor daily route assignments for residential, roll-off and commercial drivers.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and communicate changes to drivers and customers.
• Answer inbound calls and provide route information; coordinate with managers.
• Enter data into Tower/Trackese and maintain accurate records.
