Responsibilities

• Maintain contact between drivers and home base to dispatch calls.
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers throughout the day.
• Plan daily route assignments for residential, roll-off and commercial drivers.
• Resolve delivery and pickup problems and communicate changes to customers and staff.
• Enter and verify route data in the database and prepare reports.
