• Receive daily loads from area producers and schedule pickups.
• Enter truck mileage and barrels hauled into mileage report and EMP barrels report.
• Liaise with producers and outside transporters.
• Liaise with HCOS employees and HR Department.
• Manage e-time payroll administration for the Atmore location.
• Perform general administrative tasks: answer phones, typing, filing.
• Assist HCOS management with administrative functions.
