Barnhart-Crane- is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to help keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate and dispatch crews to job sites, manage scheduling through dispatch software, and act as a key contact for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word and data entry systems.
• Strong communication skills for internal teams and customers.
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math, attention to detail, good judgment and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch operators, drivers and rigging crews to job sites daily.
• Schedule crews and equipment using dispatch software for efficient execution.
• Secure routing plans and permits for oversized/overweight loads.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, answer calls and assist with scheduling crane services.
• Collect and review timecards daily; submit weekly reports to branch manager and payroll.
• Support the office manager, sales team, and staff with daily admin tasks.
• Participate in team meetings, daily planning sessions and occasional management discussions.
