Heidelberg Materials AG in Pavilion, NY is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to coordinate daily logistics operations, plan and dispatch material deliveries, and serve as the main communication link between drivers, customers, plant personnel, and operations. You will analyze capacity, adjust schedules, and monitor fleet activity to ensure on-time service.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, dispatching, fleet coordination, supply chain, production scheduling, construction operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think geographically and solve complex logistical challenges by balancing fleet availability, production capacity, customer priorities, and changing operational conditions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with drivers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, transportation management systems (TMS), GPS tracking, or similar logistics applications.
• Commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
