Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Sr. Dispatch Supervisor to lead daily ready-mix dispatch operations, ensuring safe, on-time deliveries and optimized fleet performance.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams, coach the dispatch staff, and drive improvements in safety, efficiency, and service levels across our Georgia operations.

• Strong knowledge of dispatching, routing, fleet coordination, and customer service practices.
• Experience analyzing operational data to drive decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily ready mix dispatch operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time product deliveries.
• Optimize fleet and driver scheduling to maximize service levels and operational performance.
• Monitor transportation and dispatch metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations, sales, and customer service teams to quickly resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Coach, develop, and support dispatch team members while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

What Are We Looking For

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based with regular interaction with drivers, operations personnel, and customers.
• Fast-paced environment requiring effective prioritization and responsiveness to changing business needs.
• Frequent use of computers, dispatch software, and communication systems.
• May require occasional travel and flexibility in work schedules to support State of Georgia operational requirements.
