Job summary

The ideal candidate has dispatch or customer support experience and exposure to the trade service industries such as construction, HVAC, or plumbing.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in dispatch or logistics.

• Experience in trades/service industries preferred (construction, HVAC, plumbing).

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming customer orders by phone with clear delivery expectations.
• Direct a heavy flow of calls with drivers, field operators, and vendors for real-time route updates.
• Coordinate daily shipments, schedule driver routes, and adjust transit plans to maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot driver challenges on the road and maintain vendor relationships.
• Log dispatch metrics, compile daily workflow reports, and track delivery performance.

We are seeking an organized, high-energy Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team onsite in Deerfield Beach, FL. In this role, you will facilitate key customer relationships by taking orders, scheduling drivers, and managing a high volume of driver and vendor calls to ensure timely, cost-effective transportation and smooth daily operations. Our ideal candidate should have dispatch/ customer support experience and industry experience from the trade service industry including construction, hvac, plumbing etc.

Key Details

• Location: Deerfield, FL (Onsite)
• Pay Range: $22.00 / hour (Dependent on experience)
• Pay Range: $21.5 - $22 per hour
• Job Type: Temp-hire position/Full time
• Shift: First
• Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
• Education: High School

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming customer orders over the phone, delivering excellent service and clear communication on delivery expectations.
• Direct a heavy flow of inbound and outbound phone calls with drivers, field operators, and vendors to deliver real-time route updates and scheduling changes.
• Coordinate daily shipments, schedule driver routes, and dynamically adjust transit plans to prevent operational delays and maximize efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact to troubleshoot driver challenges on the road, address delivery delays, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Log dispatch metrics, compile daily workflow reports, and track delivery performance to help streamline team operations.
