Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Senior Dispatch Supervisor to lead daily dispatch operations in Tyrone, GA. You will optimize fleet scheduling, monitor metrics, and partner with operations, sales, and customer service to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

This role requires strong leadership, dispatch expertise, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel and office-based work.
