Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations by planning, scheduling, and dispatching material deliveries to ensure on-time service.
• Analyze production capacity, truck availability, customer priorities, and geographic considerations to maximize fleet utilization and customer service.
• Adjust delivery schedules throughout the day in response to changing customer needs and operational priorities.
• Serve as the primary communication between drivers, customers, plant personnel, and operations teams to resolve issues and keep deliveries running smoothly.
• Monitor fleet activity using dispatch software and GPS tracking to minimize delays and improve delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, delivery documentation, and driver activity, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
