Job summary

Responsibilities

• Dispatches carriers by phone and computer.
• Manages load information including pickup and delivery times using the TMS.
• Tracks and communicates driver movements to shippers and receivers.
• Directs inbound calls to obtain status updates for on-time delivery.
• Updates Carrier Sales and Customer Reps on delays.
• Validates load data prior to delivery and addresses discrepancies.
• Documents communications with carriers and customers in logs.
• Proactively identify load issues and implement solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
