Core competencies include customer service, tech proficiency with our TMS, and proactive problem solving to handle changing load situations. Requires a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch carriers by phone and computer in a professional manner.
• Manage load information including pickup/delivery times using logistics software.
• Track and communicate driver movements to shippers and receivers.
• Direct and resolve inbound calls from drivers/carriers to obtain status updates.
• Update Carrier Sales and Customer Sales Reps about delays or issues.
