Responsibilities

• Dispatches carriers by phone and computer in a professional manner.
• Manages load information including pickup and delivery times in the TMS.
• Tracks and communicates movements of drivers to shippers and receivers.
• Directs inbound calls to obtain status updates for on-time delivery.
• Updates Carrier Sales and Customer Reps on delays or issues.
• Validates load data and resolves discrepancies, requesting documentation as needed.
• Documents communications in the TMS logs.
• Identifies load issues and works with the team to implement solutions.
• Performs other duties to support optimal operations.
