Job summary

Ascend is seeking an Operations Supervisor to accurately complete clerical duties supporting the operations. Qualifications

• Previous experience in or knowledge of the transportation industry a minimum of two years.

Responsibilities

• Enter load information for assigned group accurately and timely.
• Ensure all information is entered in a timely manner.
• Process all paperwork from customer receipt to close out and imaging.
• Ensure all drivers are dispatched in TMS and follow workflow.
• Monitor HOS via Peoplenet.
• Provide customers with exceptional customer service.
• Follow and adhere to customer logistics processes.
