The role involves entering loads, tracking shipments, communicating with drivers, maintaining documentation, and helping prepare billing packets. You will support the Dispatch Manager by handling transactional and administrative workflow to keep loads moving smoothly.

The position is full-time, first shift, on-site in Minnesota, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years dispatch/transportation experience preferred.
• Experience with transportation or dispatch software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support load execution from booking through invoicing.
• Monitor shipment progress and communicate with drivers and customers.
• Prepare billing packets and verify documentation.
