Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation is preferred.
• AS400 experience and strong MS Office skills are required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-directed, able to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trucks accurately and timely to meet customer demands.
• Negotiate with transportation providers for best rates and service.
• Monitor shipments from pickup to delivery (track & trace).
• Maintain and update the transportation management system.
• Communicate service issues to internal and external teams; ensure attendance and reliability.
