• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers each morning with correct invoices and ensure timely departures.
• Maintain DOT logs, driver daily records, and tripmaster records.
• Provide driver and customer support via the transportation department.
• Input data into E-Time and ABC pay systems.
• Designate vehicles per trip length and freight requirements.
• Coordinate route adjustments for delivery times and destinations.
• Direct drivers and investigate overdue vehicles.
• Coordinate with customers to locate missing or delayed routes.
• Record mileage, fuel use, and other expenses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
