Job summary

ProTrans in Texas coordinates the movement of customer materials from suppliers through our Service Center Network. This position involves scheduling, dispatching, and reporting to ensure smooth dock operations and customer satisfaction.

You will prepare inbound/outbound documentation, maintain communication across teams, and assist with loading activities as needed. English proficiency is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in some centers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; related experience may substitute.
• Associate degree preferred but not required; 1–2 years related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch service requirements from local pickups through deliveries.
• Serve as direct liaison between dock operations and internal/external customers.
• Track, input, and report information to external and internal customers.
• Facilitate inter-company and intra-company communication.
• Coordinate outbound volume with planning group.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
• Prepare inbound and outbound documentation.
• Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.
• Validate and verify dock materials, labeling, packing slips, and box movement.
• Generate reports with critical shipping information for dock coordinators.
• Oversee loading activities when required by center.
