PROTRANS INTERNATIONAL LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage transactional logistics, coordinate with carriers, and support customers at the plant level. The role emphasizes effective communication, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

The incumbent will handle daily TMS-driven tasks, border crossing coordination, billing support, and reporting, with potential team-lead responsibilities in a group setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation or business-related field or 1+ year logistics experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures in English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with logistics and supply chain operations is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries and confirm exceptions in the TMS system.
• Communicate with customers about border crossing and customs process deviations.
• Assist with daily operational issue resolution for customer plants.
• Escalate service level issues to Operations Manager and distribute required reporting.
• Support billing processes with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely invoicing.
• Travel nationally and internationally to customer locations as needed.
