Job summary

James Air Cargo Inc. is seeking an Office Operations & Dispatch professional in Brook Park, OH. This role blends customer communication, shipment processing, and light warehouse coordination to keep shipments moving and on time.

You will work closely with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure accurate documentation, on-time deliveries, and responsive customer updates. The position offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics/shipping or operations.
• Strong phone and email communication.
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to support warehouse operations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the right team member.
• Schedule residential deliveries and confirm accessorial details.
• Respond to customer emails and follow up with updates or paperwork.
• Maintain delivery and inventory logs for key accounts.
• Enter shipment details into our system with precision.
• Match, file, and scan daily delivery paperwork (BOLs, PODs, etc.).
• Follow up with drivers on missing documentation.
• Assist the warehouse supervisor with daily flow and follow-through.
• Step in to support admin teammates when needed.
