Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Experience with MS Office and data programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated to work independently without direct supervision.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and manage deliveries of Arrow Product.
• Monitor and manage shipments to ensure OTP and OTD.
• Audit freight bills and work with carriers and distributors to correct invoices.
• Develop and maintain procedures and task tracking.
• Act as liaison between internal and external customers for timely scheduling and pickup.
• Route all deliveries using Arrow International software.
