Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and route to the right team member.
• Schedule deliveries and confirm accessorial details.
• Respond to customer emails and provide updates/paperwork.
• Maintain delivery and inventory logs for key accounts.
• Enter shipment details into the system with precision.
• Match, file, and scan daily delivery paperwork (BOLs, PODs, etc.).
• Follow up with drivers on missing documentation.
• Assist the warehouse supervisor with daily flow and follow-through.
• Support admin teammates as needed.
