Responsibilities

• Assist with truck dispatching and route coordination.
• Communicate with customers and drivers throughout the day.
• Send and update work orders through tablets and dispatch software.
• Coordinate schedule changes, deliveries, exchanges, and removals.
• Track completed work and maintain dispatch records.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide support.
• Maintain truck files, permits, registrations, and compliance documents.
• Keep operational binders and company records organized and up to date.
• Assist management with administrative and operational projects.
