Job summary

Capital Waste Services LLC is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate drivers, operations, and customer service to ensure efficient route execution and timely service delivery. The role includes dispatching drivers, resolving service issues in real time, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

Dispatch & route coordination: communicate with drivers, provide routing instructions, monitor progress, adjust routes as needed, coordinate with operations leadership.
Customer service & issue resolution: respond to inquiries, investigate and resolve service issues, communicate updates to customers.
Administrative & data management: enter and maintain service orders and customer information, review daily reports, support billing and contracts.
Cross-functional coordination: work with drivers, route managers, sales, and customer service teams; onboarding new accounts and transitioning service agreements.
