Responsibilities

• Oversee staff in Logistics and Central Dispatch Operations, including scheduling, training, performance reviews, and applying disciplinary processes as needed.
• Support transportation and material management: dispatching, scheduling, and payroll.
• Ensure DOT compliance by verifying drivers meet requirements and maintain certifications.
• Apply Lean principles to streamline daily logistics operations and improve routing efficiency.
• Maintain fleet and equipment records and ensure accuracy of load plans and documentation.
• Serve as central point of contact to address service disruptions and customer issues.
