Greenbush Logistics seeks a detail‑oriented Dispatch Support Associate to assist the Terminal Manager with daily dispatch tasks, planning inbound and outbound truck movements and scheduling delivery appointments.

You will handle administrative workflows, paperwork, scanning, purchase orders, and driver communications while ensuring safety rules and DOT compliance. This role also supports driver coaching, ELD monitoring, and document uploads as needed.

Qualifications

• Assist Terminal Manager in daily dispatch duties including planning inbound and outbound trucks.
• Perform administrative tasks: paperwork flow, scanning, trip envelopes, shipping documents, ordering supplies, and entering purchase orders.
• Assist scheduling DOT exams including physicals and drug screens.
• Enforce safety rules to protect employees, customers, merchandise, property, and equipment.
• Coordinate driver coaching sessions and upload documents to Idellic when Manager is unavailable.
• Monitor ELDs via Transflo and help drivers with ELD issues.
