Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing company initiatives.
• Maintain asset management to maximize efficiency and compliance.
• Audit and maintain controlled substances per law.
• Review forecast trends and monitor to prevent loss; improve processes.
• Monitor inventory needs: orders, warehousing, record keeping.
• Cultivate vendor relationships to negotiate contracts and rates.
• Lead logistics team: scheduling, hiring, training, policy development.
• Plan and implement policies, processes, training, surveys for growth.
• Document equipment and maintenance using asset systems.
• Verify qualifications and handle recruitment as needed.
• Enforce non-discrimination in hiring and treatment.
• Coordinate department orientation for direct reports.
• Review complaints and incidents for proper handling.
