Job summary

RXO, a leading transportation solutions provider in North America, seeks an Associate Specialist, Logistics to monitor drivers' delivery activity, coordinate scheduling, and resolve routing issues by phone. The role includes billing and data entry tasks while collaborating with external customers and contracted drivers.

You will assemble routes, maintain driver-courier communications, assist with delivery issues, monitor route progress, handle customer questions, and manage end-of-day unloading

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble multiple routes for customer orders within a market.
• Maintain phone communication between external customers and contracted drivers/couriers.
• Assist contracted drivers with delivery issues.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints and answer questions.
• Monitoring progress of delivery routes.
• Customer billing and data entry tasks.
• Assign drivers/couriers delivery routes.
• Oversee all unloading processes of returning routes at days end.
