Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing Kingsgate Logistics’ clients by scheduling pickups and deliveries.
• Enter data and use portals for arranging shipments.
• Handle a high volume of calls and emails from customers and vendors.
• Develop close relationships with customers and vendors.
• Assist in resolving issues for customers and vendors.
• Contribute to business goals by taking ownership of new requests and adding value.
• Protect confidential pricing, promotions, purchase orders, and credit limits.
• Support systems data entry and routing/dispatching/traffic coordination.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date by engaging in educational opportunities.
