Job summary

Kings Group Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily logistics and supply chain activities. You will coordinate shipments, manage transportation processes, and communicate with carriers and vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years in logistics; strong Excel and ERP experience are a plus. This role requires excellent organization and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years in logistics, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experience with Excel; ERP/logistics systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with timeliness.
• Monitor deliveries and address delays proactively.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain logistics records and documentation.
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and optimize costs.
• Handle inquiries about shipping, delivery, and order status.
• Dispatch and manage truck deliveries.
• Assist with AES/AMS filings and customs clearances.
